We are recruiting for our first art’otel in London!  A premium lifestyle hotel situated in the heart of the new, iconic Battersea Power Station development. Perched on the Electric Boulevard, the 164 keys art’otel London Battersea power station sits in the heart of this newly energised neighbourhood, offering restaurants, bars, shops and galleries, amidst the eye-catching architecture that surrounds the historical Battersea Power Station.


Your journey so far …
As Senior Sous Chef, you will have experience managing a large team in a high performance operation. 
You are a passionate Senior Sous Chef who ideally has experience of cooking with Iberian flavours
You inspire others: you lead by example, enthusing your team by sharing your passion for brilliant food 
You will have a working knowledge of budgets, food costs, menu development
You are a passionate Team Leader and invest time in training and developing your team. 
You have experience creating and implementing new menus
You have experience building productive relationships with colleagues within the Restaurant and across other departments, looking for ways to enhance the guest experience and business performance.
you are self-motivated and driven to set high standards for yourself and the Kitchen team. You are tenacious in achieving the goals you set.
