Occupational Therapist (36hpw) across 5 working days.
We require a candidate with a Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy and who is registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Experience of working in mental health settings is desirable.
Mentorship, additional on the job training (technical skills) and supervision to be provided by Senior Occupational Therapist.
This is a new and exciting role which will make a difference to the lives of individuals and groups of Patients in our Hospital. The job will include hybrid working meaning a mix of roles and responsibilities clubbed together. The candidate will fulfil the role of qualified Occupational Therapist and also play an active hands-on role in planning and delivering therapeutic activities on one Ward within the Hospital.

Shortlisted candidates will need to attend interview and prepare a 30-minute presentation about their plans for fulfilling the role giving examples of proposed assessment techniques/ tools, treatment planning of suitable activities and interventions and how outcomes will be monitoring and evaluated.
