We are
looking for an Housekeeping Operations Manager:

  • Who will perform Housekeeping Operations Manager duties ensuring our focus on personalised guest experience is maintained around the clock
  • Who will be working closely with the hotel housekeeping teams to ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the Guest Bedrooms, Public Areas and Back of House Areas throughout all hotels at all times
  • Who will be carrying out internal cleaning audits of guest rooms
  • Who will be working closely with the HR Business Partner to deliver the department strategies and manage talent within the Housekeeping teams
  • Who will play a hands-on and visible role leading the team, motivating them with your passion for hospitality and desire to do things better
  • Who will work closely with leaders in other departments to keep operations running smoothly in line with our commercial goals
  • Who will play a direct role in the overall management of the Hotel
