The Salary: Up to £14.50 per hour

Who we are:
An integral part of the unfolding story of Battersea Power Station, Fiume has fast become a firm local favourite with its authentic, fresh Italian flavours. Fiume, the Italian word for river (a tribute to its location on the banks of the Thames), is made up of an elegant bar and restaurant and an open kitchen with a traditional pizza oven. The terrace overlooking the Thames has Battersea Power Station as a backdrop.

A bit about what you will be doing:
We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie who can confidently deliver exceptional, 5 star service to guests. At the same time, our Chef de Partie will have the food knowledge and skills to support the brigade and lead a section in order to deliver outstanding food and in turn, a superb guest experience. You will work with the senior kitchen team to ensure consistent high standards in both service and kitchen management.
